They have cockroaches really bad we don't even use our kitchen anymore no food is in the house yet still have bugs nasty they are constantly shutting the water off and with no notice to the residents there is numbers on the stalls outside neither me or my friend have a car but our parking spot can not be used by our friends that come and visit because they need a sticker or they get towed I come home from work I always see other people in our parking space yes we do not own a car but that is our parking space if I have my mo... read more

My experience with garden state apartments The manager was very professional, kind, easy to talk to she take care of problem fast I had no issues with management thank u for all ur hard work well appreciated 🙏💕💕💕
I thought the reviews were exaggerating but I've tried contacting them 4 times in the last 2 weeks and nobody ever answers.
I’m rating this place solely off of reading the reviews. As a prospective renter, you guys need to do a lot better. Fire the office staff if you must. The reviews on this place are unacceptable and I’m proof of it crippling your business. For other prospects, please do not move where your concerns or even policies are not upheld nor listened to. Read reviews whenever possible and stay FAR away from places where power is abused.
