Got my mower on time when told, friendly folks. Easy to deal with. Last reviewer drunk, there is no Mary working there. Probably mad cause didn't get his way. Recommend highly, better knowledge techs than Western Auto.
Over two weeks ago I took in my mower to just get an oil change done and an air compressor that needed a part replaced. I have called a half a dozen times to find out why mower at least isn't done and last two conversations with Mary I was assured they would take care of mower at least by next morning. That was a week ago. I was also told I would get a call back several times and have yet to receive one.
