The manager was rude tried to cancel reservation and they would not. Charged us the 500$ for the night we tried to cancel a month in advance. He would not work with us and actually hung up the phone. Not very professional!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Not a great way to start a newer establishment.
I rarely leave reviews but this one has to be addressed- Pre authorization on card $700 plus is still pending after three weeks due to not being released by hotel. Called and emailed hotel and was told to contact bank. Bank is unable to do anything till authorization is released from hotel.
The hotel is very nice for its pricing. The rooms seem a little quirky and small, for example ours was entered from an exposed outdoor walkway, after navigating a lot of steps up and dow. It had a small king bedroom open to the double sink area (withs a very nice lighted mirror) and a spiral staircase leading to a loft with a sofa bed and TV. The facility and staff were fabulous! A hidden and unexpected gem. I will certainly be back for a quick getaway.
