Very nice place and very nice rooms. They have a beautiful pool area. I could have sworn that they had a free breakfast available but they do not. Also the safe is not bolted down. If you put your stuff in there if someone can just grab the safe and leave. I also thought they had dedicated parking. They do not. It is street parking only. The Garden District Hotel staff stole over $500 worth of prescription medication and valuables from my room – and hotel management did absolutely nothing. This happened during my stay from June 23–26. On June 25, a box containing multiple prescription medications and a piece of professional equipment I travel with went missing from my room.
