Amazing staff and service!
Unprofessional, lazy office clerks and manager. Instead of trying to open my CBCT scan from another dental office, they just cancelled my appointment, blaming that I was rude, I wasn't, was just trying to make them understand that I don't want to repeat same test with lots of exposure to radiation. They just don't know how to do basic tasks. Dentist lost quite a bit of money for implants, bone graft and sinus lift. Going to contact dental college.
I could write multiple 5-star reviews for this office, each one citing another reason myself and my kids LOVE IT HERE. Where do I even begin. Firstly the office itself is lovely. Extremely clean, and always sweetly decorated in alignment with the season or occasion. It comfortable, bright and always generously stocked at the drink/coffee bar. Garden Dental is absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk in, the team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The front desk staff are friendly and organized, and the hygienist and dentist take their time to explain everything clearly and make you feel completely at ease. You can tell they really care about their patients and want you to have a great experience. Highly recommend Garden Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dental clinic!
