Visited Dr. Ifill today during my summer vacation from Trinidad and Tobago, on the recommendation of my mom, who is a patient. From my first interaction with Tricia at reception to my time with Dr. Ifill and Gaby, the dental hygienist, the entire experience was amazing. After years of bouncing between dentist offices, I made the switch here after a friend swore by it...I just had my first appointment and was genuinely impressed by how thorough the cleaning was, how friendly and welcoming the staff is, and the overall vibe of the place….had to leave a review to let the people know. Also the office is in a brownstone. Not a dusty, fluorescent lit place on the 18th floor of some Midtown building……this place is in a legit brownstone with character and charm!!! Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had! From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists to Dr. Singal himself, everyone is a breath of fresh air in terms of kindness, expertise, and attention to detail. Dr. Singal has created a very calm culture in the office, and I’m so grateful I established care there. They don’t try to “upsell” drastic procedures, their rates are super reasonable, and they also seem to have a community-based initiatives to support folks who face financial barriers to accessing dental care.
