They violate tenants rights, throw disabled people onto the street especially people with autism and other mental handicaps as if it's just another Tuesday. They keep the place unmaintained, the property owner next door even has to complain all the time and this place has the sewage back up into the all the water sources making it highly unsafe to drink.
