Alright place. Original landlord promised rents wouldn't increase. Moves in, new management took over and rent increased ~10-15% over two years. Close to stores which is nice, but overall neighborhood isn't great. No nearby parks or walking areas. No sidewalks in neighborhood. Unit was in decent condition. Fences around the property and being on the top level meant my packages were never stolen.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at Garden Court Apartments. I rented a 2 bedroom for a year while I was in grad school and I am so happy I chose to live here - it was quiet and clean. The neighborhood surrounding the complex looks a little shabby, however, I never felt unsafe. The complex is surrounded by a gate, which further ensures safety. I can't vouch for the apartment itself, because I never got a chance to look at it, but what I can tell you is that if my brief experience with the landlord was any indication of where things were going to go in the future, it was probably a good thing I didn't live there. I was supposed to meet with Penny to look at one of the apartments, but she never showed up. No, really, she never showed up.
