I do not recommend living at this complex. As a person with disabilities my needs are not often met and more times than not I feel very stressed out, I’ve lived here for 2 years. At first it was an amazing place to live but has steadily gone downhill. If I can get the place I want that’s closer to the mountains and far away from Denver county, I absolutely do not plan to renew when my lease ends. The only upside to this complex is the units are modern and include all utilities in the rent, plus all major appliances. The staf... read more

The units are modern and nice. Management and maintenance is very friendly and good. My reason for 3 stars is some of the building tenants can be rough around the edges. Oh, I have to thank our cleaning crew to. Great work.
Stay away from this place! Management is very cold and nasty to your face once you become a tenant. Phone calls and emails are never responded to. I have multiple friends who have different disabilities tell me management doesn’t accommodate for their needs. The office is never open and when it is, the lady there is extremely unapproachable making tenants very afraid to address any needs.
