Quiet neighborhood small so it’s very peaceful on the bus line so no transportation is ok if you’re fine riding the bus but that’s about the only 2 good things about the apartments. Everything was fine when Linda (office manager) and London (maintenance guy) were there. Roaches are everywhere and they come out even more when you clean. Never got pest control because i had a dog that was in the cage at first then it was because the office didn’t have a key. Dirty and Linda all she wants is money. Place is filled with roaches and mold. Runnnnnnn the other way!!!!
We need to renovate these apartments, roaches are bad here, lights and water pipes are weak.
