Lived and rented from The ********* for about a year. Worst experience ever!! The workers on the property, call property managers are horrible and incompetent. They can never assist with anything, dont know who does what amongst each other, and can never help the residents. The corporate team are incompetent as well, they have no clue who their book keeper is and cant even transfer a call to another member because they dont know how to do transfers. My review is regarding Andy, the Super. I have been here over 20 years. He has always been pite, helpful and gets things done! You should appreciiate having such a wonderful employee!
Where can I start? If you looking to rent an apartment from Garden Communities, DON'T DO IT. Specially if you want to break the lease, they will do the impossible to take every cent. They said they have a ''waiting list'' go ahead and break the lease. Then they wont show your apartment until your lease supposed to finished. After 3 months they will send you the bill. The most disrespectful property manager and person that I have ever interacted with. ***************** should be fired from ***** Green immediately. After living here for a year and a half , I have never interacted with a person who cared less about her job or the resident's well-being and safety at ***** Green.
