Matthew Mzhen - Building manager is terrible at his job. Lacks knowledge and people skills. I rent a unit that is managed by this company. Our fan for the heating and cooling has been stuck since May 2024. Matthew was notified over email and in person after several months of no action. If you're a tenant at one of their properties, they'll make every effort to try to get you to hang up as quickly as possible. I've been a tenant at one of their properties for 16 years, and the lady I spoke with was initially polite, but once she realized I was asking questions about their policies, she spoke faster and faster to the point where I couldn't understand her, and she would no longer let me speak, and the only choice I had was to hang up. Renters beware!!! The management company is absolutely as bad as everyone says to both tenants and visitors. Extremely lazy attitude and rude. Business owners do not deal with this property management company under any circumstances they are extremely unprofessional and never get back to people. They will tie you up for months with false promises and at the end they deliver absolutely zero. If you value your business do not bother dealing with these guys. I've tried getting in touch with these people several times and you never get an answer back. Then you get an email from Angela who is rude and doesn't let you speak saying you're in collections. They are a joke
