Raised rent during covid, only provides emergency maintenance, left a note trying to tow a car that has been idle during covid, but I have had it since I moved in, and it runs and is licensed. Property management employees and the building owner use our parking lot instead of the spaces behind GCPM or the street parking infront of their building, and talking to them on the phone about anything they are rude and pass the buck to someone who isnt there and never gets back to tenants.
