I have been trying to make an appointment at this facility for so long as I have heard others have as well. I have never received a call back the many times I have called even though a phone call is promised within 24hrs. Terrible on the staff part since some people rarely reach out for help and when they do, people at the office, trained professionals, will not return phone calls and help the population they are supposed to.
I have been a patient at this office for a few years. I have seen both counselors & psychiatrists & am very pleased with my care. I feel like I should write a review because of the negative comments at the office staff. I noticed over the years that sometimes I would reach someone by telephone that was short with me. the front office staff are (as previously described by the other low ratings) not compassionate what so ever. i had multiple concerns before wanting to set up an appointment, due to previous therapy experiences, and the office staff was completely dismissing and invalidating them, while at the same time being extremely short and rude. i had some questions about how things worked and was met with a bad attitude and the way she answered them made me feel like i was ridiculous for not knowing said things. can’t even give an opi... read more
The apathetic front desk seems either incapable or unwilling to help match you with a professional that will fit your needs. I've called them three times and gotten the impression each time that my asking for help bothered them.
