Water heater price alone installed was $1,149.00 Water heater strap alone installed was $137.00 Water heater cross over valve alone installed was $239.00 In home estimate was $45.00 City permit and inspection was $55.00 Total time of installation was about 4.5 hours from the time the Plumber arrived. I had a scheduled appointment with this business. They called 15 minutes before the appointment to cancel because they had someone who needed services faster. I'd taken the afternoon off work and they didn't have any more appointment until next week. Extremely bad customer service and I would NEVER recommend them.
