No one answers the phones and the voicemail box is ALWAYS full. When you finally do get someone on the line, she is rude and will lie to you and say she never received a phone call and that she checked all the messages. This place isnt worth the headache you will get just trying to get an appointment.
Francu fired me as a patient during the height of COVID for not wanting to come in personally to renew my RXs. And then said I wasn’t able to see Patel, She doesn’t care about patients only the money from appointments. I wouldn’t recommend her to work on my dog

Ive been seeing Dr. Francu for over 10 yrs. I absolutely love her. She takes the time to answer all the questions and concerns you have, ive never had trouble with the up front staff. The lab is right there in the office . Its all right there.
