Kumar fired me as a patient during the height of COVID for not wanting to come in personally to renew my RXs. And then said I wasn’t able to see Patel, She doesn’t care about patients only the money from appointments. I wouldn’t recommend her to work on my dog
Ive been seeing Dr. Francu for over 10 yrs. I absolutely love her. She takes the time to answer all the questions and concerns you have, ive never had trouble with the up front staff. The lab is right there in the office . Its all right there.

It takes FOREVER to get someone on the line to make an appointment. Also you need to an at least an hour onto your appointment time with Dr. Patel. Even if you are the 1st appt of the day (8:30) you won't see him until after 9. Dr. Patel has a complete lack of respect for his patient's time.
Dr. Francu is terrible. Her bedside manner is terrible. Her office staff is rude and very unprofessional as is she. She yells at patients and makes them feel horrible. Office staff makes comments to you such as "If you don't make an appointment to come see her, she doesn't want to be your doctor anymore." Well, if your office we staff wouldn't leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes everytime you try to schedule an appointment or have a message on your service what your actual office hours are so we can schedule an appointment, ... read more
