I had Dr Michael Statham for my recent cataract surgery to both eyes in September 2025. Very professional and compassionate. I have excellent vision in both eyes and due for checkup on 8 October, Thank you Dr Statham for looking after me.

Dr Michael Statham Was lovely , but $600 for 3 minutes is excessive, the receptionist we dealt with was extremely incompetent, the booking in process was very difficult . Customer service lets a great doctor down.
My daughter has been seeing Dr Statham for 10 years for a congenital eye disorder. He was the first eye doctor she saw that treated her like a person. Not only is he knowledgeable, but very kind and answers all questions and concerns with patience and respect. Yes there is a fee as there is for all private services but I am happy to pay for quality and to not have to travel to Brisbane and sit for hours. With Dr Statham I think I get what I pay for.
It’s expensive 650 for check up no precaution how much they will charge you.
