Very bad experience I was referred by a friend. He did work on my tooth.i had my mouth open for more than 2 hours. He is very slow. Also I waa supposed to pay only 10,% the rest my insurance will pay 90%. I asked secretary to call my insurance to confirm with Pacific Blue Cross. She called me and said I only have to pay ,10% I paid 90%. He said he will reimburse me because it's her fault but never did and never returned my calls. I saw Dr Douglas at the behest of my wife and her mother. The appointment was the best I have ever experienced in my life! His staff and he were absolutely fantastic: welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The receptionist was proactive and managed to run my insurance through even before the appointment was over. She also submitted for my next appointment and fitness the required pre-approval. I highly recommend Dr Douglas Ndola his team.
