DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM THIS STORE! We spent several thousand dollars over a month ago on new carpet for our bedrooms. It was supposed to be installed today. Their installation company sent ONE guy to do the work, but decided it would take too long to do the job in the time frame he had. The most unfriendly, least helpful store that I have visited in a long time. Ghetto employees just standing around. I will never be back here.
Do not ever use Home Depot. I ordered and paid for over $4000 of flooring, went to pick it up per their instructions and had to wait 3 hours as they said they didn't know we were coming. Then the installer came to my house and said he didn't like the floor we bought and he would return it if he were me and left. I now have had the carpet torn up and my house in shambles for over a week and no resolution. The store doesn't seem to be concerned at all.
Ordered a kitchens worth of appliances. Delivery was changed at the last min from Saturday to a Monday a week out. Wanted to purchase oven and stove elsewhere and just have fridge delayed delivery, but HOME DEPOT said they could not honor the price of the fridge, and would have to re sell it to us at current price. ($600 more). Worst. Experience. Ever. Just left here after an hour in the store yet left empty handed. The employees in the wood department ignored me for 40 minutes before I could get any help. When someone finally did come over, they told me they couldn’t help me. I figured I’d get the rest of my supplies, but walked around for 20 minutes and couldn’t find a single employee to help me. After leaving, I tried to call the store to tell the manager about my experience, and I could even get anyone to answer! UGH!!!!!!
The kids and me had a wonderful time. Mr. Dave takes go care of the kids and very helpful to them. SO, THANK YOU, Mr. Dave!!!
