Do not shop at Home Depot no customer service and the manger Shamika Frazier did not care to listen or show empathy for my issue. Home Depot has tied up $500.00 of my dollar for 6 months and has made it impossible for mento get a return or use my credit. I will now be a loyal Lowe’s shopper. #homedepotsucks

One stop shop for projects in our backyard
I’ve been here many times to shop in store and everything is fine generally. Today was my first time ordering a shed online to pick up instore. I did not enjoy the experience, after checking in I waited for 30 minutes with no further contact from the employee who was originally helping me. I found another employee who tried to help but couldn’t find my order. Then I found the shed and was told it wasn’t mine, but it had my name on it. I found rhe items easy, using my cell phone
On the phone for over an hour on hold.....no service. Then after waiting 75 mins line goes dead. They picked up and then hung up. Worst place ever, even in store. Go elsewhere or just buy from Amazon. Now trying to call again. I will never shop here again. Support local places instead. Do Not Spend Money Here.
