I purchased some items online and chose "Same Day Delivery." Since it was late in the day, the delivery was scheduled for the next day, Monday. Monday, NYC had a dusting of snow (hardly sticking). At around 5pm, I called and found out that Home Depot had cancelled their deliveries due to snow. Ridiculous but I still rescheduled for Tuesday. The delivery window is 6am-8pm so I had to take the day off work. Again, at 5:35pm I get a call saying that the delivery guy tried to deliver at 230 but I wasn't home. There lucky they got one star! The manger there should be a manager if she's not capable of helping customers. I tried to return something and that wouldn't take it back because I didn't have the receipt. I have a Home Depot card that I lost that morning and could have given all my info to verify my account, but she refused to help me.
