Worst rental experience ever. Didn't get notice when unit was visited. Didn't get notice when workers were sent to my unit to service it. The garage with my unit was in my lease, but for some reason Garden Brook had informed me that I was not allowed to use use the garage. There was a maintence guy presumably who worked for Garden Brook realty who'd come unannounced to my unit and pick UNPROVOKED verbal confrentations with me and my wife. The girls at Garden Brook have managed two rental properties for me in the Stoneridge area and have been on top of things from the beginning ... Highly recommended !
