We had our wedding and rehearsal dinner here and it was the most amazing experience we could have ever asked for!!!! The owners were so easy to work with, and the staff on the night of the wedding were wonderful!!!! The food was exceptional as well!!!! I would highly recommend Garden brook banquet center and Mackenzies catering to everyone who is looking for a venue or caterer!!!!!

Have had a longstanding event at Gardenbrook for over 10 years. Ran out of food, food was undercooked, and charged us for things that they did not ever charge us for before and did not make us aware of before billing! Instead of saying sorry, very defensive like it was our fault that this all occurred. Cancelled all future events!

Would not recommend Garden Brook. Put down payment on to reserve a date a year in advance. 3 weeks later cancelled wedding. They refused to give me all my money back. Only partial. They said they could only give it back if that date was filled. I cancelled 3 weeks after I made deposit. They have a full year to fill that date in. They refused to email me or even call me after several attempts to try to get my money back. Didn't even have a contract saying about no refunds

We had our reception here, the food was good, the service was great, and the value set them apart from other venues in the area, we would highly recommend them to anyone!
