Verified Renter I love my apartment complex. I have been here for the last 16 years. I'm excited about the latest improvement. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. Property management, including weekend managers and maintenance team are really commit to make our lives more comfortable and pleasant at Gardens Apartments.

Verified Renter The office is bad at communicating with the residents. They never answer the phone, they rarely call back. When I moved in they werent ready with keys or anything. I took like 3 trips there just get my keys and since you have to be buzzed into the office you just have to get lucky. They dont have anyone buzzing people in for appointments so you just waiting outside. They are nice people but just extremely unprofessional.

Verified Renter Beautiful, secured and well-maintained property within walking distance to downtown SLC/TRAX, Property staff makes sure you are satisfied with any problems or concerns. Laundry room in on property. Any packages delivered? They are delivered to your unit or at the mailbox. I have had no problems with theft.
