I ordered flowers to be delivered for a friend's birthday and the flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition! Additionally, I had a special request of the florist, to add more purple flowers as that is my friend's favourite colour, and they made the whole bouquet purple! It was so gorgeous! I can't say enough about the incredible service Angela provided! She truly went above and beyond to make a bouquet that was absolutely stunning. Not only did she take the time to carefully open each flower so they could fully bloom and stand out, but she also added extra baby's breath and other beautiful touches that made the arrangement feel so much more special. I ordered the red roses thoughts of you bouquet (premium) for Valentine’s Day. On the 14th they delivered the incorrect flowers to me (2 smaller bouquets instead of the 1 large bouquet I ordered). They were quick to acknowledge the mistake once I called and about 4-5 hours later, delivered the correct bouquet with a couple of extra roses to make up for the mistake.
