Jamie needs to be retrained, understand boundaries, and know how to mediate a situation vs making it worse. Reconsider your hiring process.
No one ever answers the branch number. I have left several messages with several people as well as multiple emails and can’t get a response. When you are handling someone else’s money you need to reachable and respond to messages from your clients. Company is an embarrassment and should be shut down.
Great job, Horrible people ....That place need to clean house and rehire everyone from the manager down...lol keep the driver's. This place is so one sided it's not even funny.
