Refused to work with me on a needed letter of medical necessity, saying they would not write it because my insurance would not accept it when I was very clear in multiple emails and phone conversations that it wasn't for my insurance. After months of back and forth, they said I could come down and get it and when I got there, they still refused to write it. I had to walk out and have since found a professional office that doesn't play stupid games. They also don't play awful religious music in the waiting room.
