My kind of place--unpretentious, low key, attentive service, with fabulous food. Great views on the river. Garcia's is ideal. Highest of recommendations.
The jumbo grilled shrimp is out of this world. And for the main course I got the grilled mahi-mahi it was so good it will make u slap yo mama!! BEST SEAFOOD on earth!!!!

This is one cool place, as if dropping into somewhere cozy in the equatorial latitudes. The quality of the food was fantastic and the vibe of the place, awesome. I'm a fan.
