RecommendedWe have always been fans of Garcia's, however this visit was kind of disappointing. The experience was only saved by the attentive waiter and the beautiful sunset over the Miami River. It seems the food is not what it used to be, the lobster bisque lacked flavor, the blackened dolphin was a tiny portion (actually half a fillet) served with 3 thin, very small pieces of grilled vegetable and yellow rice.
