In 1956 Olivia and Julio Garcia gathered the very best of the family's traditional recipes and opened the first Garcia's Mexican Restaurant in Phoenix, AZ. Garcia's proudly uses only the freshest ingredients to create the finest Mexican dishes. This tradition continues today, as we prepare those authentic, original recipes as well as new favorites. All of our sauces, salsas, guacamole, chips, beans, rice and meat dishes are prepared fresh every day in our kitchen.

Ordered to go. The food wasn't great. For 3 combo meals got half a bag of chips. Ordered the el grande fiesta platter which only came with 1 flauta and they forgot the dip. Hostesses were indifferent and not very helpful. By far the worst location they have. Very disappointing.

I agree!! This Garcia's does not like white people. Server was not friendly and looked at us with disgust. The food was awful too and we have never been back.Yes, I have told my friends about the experience and my son and dtr-inlaw have too. Today I was looking for a mexican restaurant in that area and ran across the review on that Garcia's about the "hate whites attitude" review and just had to share my same experience.
me and my girlfriend come here periodically and every time the waiters and waitresses treat use like crap and they don't bring us the bill
