A friend and I went for lunch, and we both ordered off the lunch menu. She had the cheese enchiladas, I had the chicken chimichanga. We both really enjoyed our meals. The portion sizes are good, and they serve bean dip with their chips (yum). The lunch size chimi seemed smaller and I was glad of it! I can recommend this place for lunch or dinner. They also have both bar seating and patio seating.
Went to this place rather frequently, however we noticed subtle changes in the food, I was given a frozen enchilada, the ice crystals so obvious, I couldn’t believe it was served that way. Also, the salsa was lacking taste, the food was served lukewarm, this became a regular thing, so we found another Mexican restaurant superior to Garcias in every way.
If I could give the service no stars I would. We came in and the hosts were hopelessly confused when putting people on a wait. There was no tablet or paper waitlist just two teenagers writing names on the counter with a marker. We get sat and our waitress took a while to check on us. The entire night she ignored our table. She was purposely ignoring us while tending to other tables. We sat waiting for refills for 10 minutes and then eventually gave up. My rating says it all. I had the sour cream enchiladas and they are the bomb. The waitress was friendly and always checking on us . Everyone was very friendly
