I first learned about Garcia's when we were working in Cotulla2 years ago. At least once a week I would go into Pearsall to buy their Homemade delicious hamburgers. Simply love them. This year we happened to go to Uvalde as we do every year to place flowers on our son's grave and on the way back we decided to stop and eat at Garcia's. Even though the place was packed, we were informed the food would take a little while longer, it was great service and not as late as told. We are rvers and we were traveling through found this restaurant , I been craving some guacamole so bad so I figure I order the taquitos with rice and beans, well it only came with 2 taquitos and about a teaspoon of guacamole one a bed of lettuce and sour cream in a package it was like ordering from a kids meal food was Bland no I will not be coming back
