Very nice and attentive personnel. My complaint is I wish I had been told that during cooler or cold weather, the brakes will squeal when stopping like a semi-truck. I've asked two nice service representatives who confirmed there is nothing to they can do to correct the squealing sound. I asked if we test drove any VW on the lot, would the brakes squeal with the answer being yes. Interesting that a friends VW does not make the noise. Be prepared new buyers. Michael
