Isaac on the phone very rude
Isaac and his crew were professional and fixed multiple parts of my roof for a very reasonable price. I had another contractor mess up quite a few things and he redid all of it and he honored his warranty on parts that didn't adhere because it was too cold. They were prompt about responding to my call and replaced those roofing tiles immediately.
Promised you’d be here Monday 07/21, then Tuesday, waited to see if maybe Wednesday…. If you’re too busy, say so: don’t give your word if it don’t mean anything.
