They acted as a subcontractor throw the DaBella's in Spokane valley. They came out in 2022 and put a roof on a manufactured home. Extremely shoddy work ended up leaking within the first year. They came out again determined that the vents had been put on upside down and corrected. The issue. Started leaking again the following year. Dabella sent out another contractor who determined that the ice and water was missing from the installation and needed to do a 100% re-roof. I was extremely impressed by how fast the crew replaced our roof almost two years ago. It looked great and I was very pleased until we noticed water stains 6 months later across the ceiling that ran the entire width of the house. I was relieved and impressed when the owner came right over, realized that the ridge vents had to be removed, which they then promptly fixed. They then sent someone to paint the ceiling.
