Garcia roofing completely replaced my roof. They communicated with me throughout the process, we’re here when said they would be, replaced all vents and stacks as well and did a terrific job. Before left completely cleaned up debris and ran magnet around yard to be sure nails and such were removed.

David Garcia, Garcia Roofing was an A-plus experience all the way around. David is a superb communicator and explained exactly what needed to be repaired with our tile roof in detail. Great team of workers and my husband and I highly recommend them.

Called Garcia Roofing for an estimate. I had a leak in the office building we just purchased. He never went on the roof. He just told me it was probably an HVAC issue. When I stated that it only leaks when it rains, he told me I could call a different roofer for an estimate. Very unprofessional. If he would have went onto the roof (very easy access), he would have seen this is definately NOT an HVAC issue. I felt talked down to by this man. I have added a pic of the leak.

David was great. He responded quickly, gave me a competitive bid, and got the partial replacement completed two days later before the next rains. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided.

David came out and gave us a great, honest quote of the work needed on our roof/house. I don’t feel pressured into anything and he wasn’t trying to sell me on a completely new roof that isn’t currently needed. We will look forward to using his services should we need them in the future and will recommend him to family/friends as well!
