My daughter event was to be held May 2020, due to pandemic shutdown, we were unable to have event. I am sadden the Garcia properties did not offer a partial refund at the time. We were only given the option to reschedule, which we did for august 2020. All our other vendors gave us a full refund or a partial refund due to the unfortunate world wide circumstances. My daughter's Sweet Sixteen was held at the Marquis ballroom and from the beginning our experience went very smooth. The Reservations staff was super helpful and thoroughly explained my options and answered all my questions along the way. Melanie was super sweet! On the day of the event, we were greeted in the morning to ensure we had everything we needed. Security touched base with us as well. The bartending staff was very helpful. Nice Guys Finish First We were looking to purchase a weekend home in the St. Louis area.
