I did not even get a chance to make an appointment. First of all my call was not returned for 3 days. The woman that called me, I assume was the front desk person, was so darn rude. Would not answer my questions and did not seem very bright. She hung up on me because I asked her to explain something to me. I would not even bother going to that office because of her. The doctors need to know that whoever answers their phone is a representative and extension of them. Personally, I would fire her.
