I could have easily given Garcia upwards to a 5 rating but he refuses to return to finish the job! The boards in the kitchen separated a 1/2 inch, right in the middle of the floor. It's been months but he will not come back to fix it. He claims (and I quote) "he's too busy". So look out!
Great service and beautiful floor design I highly recommend them
