I have used Garcia Electric on numerous occasions. I am a GC and he has worked on both commercial and residential projects for me. He is responsive to calls, has a good turn around on proposals and coordinates a reasonable schedule. He is always on time. He always has knowledgeable helpers and he knows the codes and always passes inspection without fail. Alvaro is excellent. I had two other electricians come through saying that they needed to go under the house once said they need us to rip out our insulation just to fix some outlets that weren't working in our home. And Alvaro came to our home and fixed the issue and less than 20 minutes. He also handled our dishwasher and left it in an even better situation than it was when he arrived. Can't recommend him enough.
We recently used Garcia electric to make some upgrades to our rental house in the sunset. Alvaro and his team changed out a number of halogen and fluorescent fixtures with LED including some with dimmers and replaced all the hardwired smoke detectors as they were 15 to 20 years old. They also added power in a couple places, replaced a couple of GFCI outlets and replaced an outdoor motion sensor light. Alvaro was really easy to work with and pricing was competitive.
