The receptionist in the front office that always sits on the right side seems to always have an attitude the one with short hair. To me it seems she likes to raise her voice to get her point across. Also it seems she thinks cause she is in the front she can treat people how she likes and that's wrong. She brings that office down with negative vibe and her disrespect. Wish there was a no star rating all the staff is very rude and seem to hate there job. No one knows how to answer the phone, I would never reccomend this office

I was very disappointed by the Walzem Road office of this association. We arrived 20 minutes early for our 9 am appointment. It took the office staff 10 minutes to acknowledge our presence, and there were not other customers standing at the counter. We waited for our appointment until 10 minutes after 10 AM. I then inquired about how much longer it was going to be and was informed there were still 5 people ahead of us and that we could be waiting another hour or more.
