The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Was told to come back 3 weeks after signing original contract and giving down payment and 1st month to sign different/additional paperwork. When arrived they demanded an additional payment before my next due date and were very unaccomodating to the fact people make a budget but we paid the payment before the due date only to get a call from GM Financial today saying our payment is 30 days late. We had no intentions of buying a vehicle and went in to get a key fixed for our 2013 CTS lol. Levi in service showed me a really good deal on a vehicle that I was interested and was very helpful. Jairo Alvarado, Matthew Newton, and Mike Clown made purchasing a vehicle a very easy and seamless task. Honestly everything I wanted in a payment was hit on target and everything was just made so easy. Thank you guys.
