They are so unknowledgeable and scammy. Ive had my car taken there multiple times for the same issues and they always can’t seem to “replicate the issue” so they don’t do anything. They also outright denied knowing about a lawsuit over the 8-speed transmissions and refused to do the service work to fix the stutter that is a widely known fault with their transmission design on over 30 models spanning 4 years but again they “had never heard of it”.
Worst store ever I have a 2025 escalade i have had nothing problems and the service dept is the worst. No loaner. There are major issues with my vehicle it's 115k car and their company is trash. No assistance nothing
