awful. i got my ATS serviced a month ago. they had my car for 8 days & couldn’t get a loaner because “i didn’t buy the car from them” lol whatever. anyways took it back because check engine light came on. asked for an update the day after i took it in which Levi goes “no… well yes and no” like what? 4 days later NO CALL OR TEXT WHATSOEVER so i took it upon myself, called my warranty, no claim filed. my car has been sitting there while these guys are doing god knows what. I recently had my Escalade serviced at Garcia Cadillac for an oil leak. After the initial repair, their technicians discovered during post-repair testing that a gasket had been installed incorrectly. Instead of sending the vehicle out, they corrected the issue and made sure the repair was done right before handing me the keys. I'm a 72 year old widow. I took my car in for 7500 checkup. I had the privilege to meet Mr Tim Combs. He explained everything to me concerning my cars needs. I was very surprised that my car didn't need any of the things I was told I needed previously. I was prepared to fix what was needed. But he refused to take advantage of me. He explained what problems to look out for if they occur. I will definitely bring my car back to him, knowing I will be taken care honestly. Thanks MR TIM COMBS
