This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Management, including Louis Garcia, has been completely unresponsive to tenant concerns. Maintenance requests are ignored, repairs are rarely completed, and basic necessities like reliable hot water are constantly an issue. I would not recommend renting here to anyone looking for responsive management or a properly maintained property. Tenants deserve safe living conditions, timely repairs, and management that actually communicates with them.
They never pick up the phone, they never fix anything, and they replace the appliances with broken ones. It is February 1th, 2026 I am editing my review to add they are not giving heat and hot water in the coldest month and the coldest week!
Very unprofessional company
I hired Garcia Building Renovations to remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms at my home in Huntington Beach, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work.
