The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
