Very poor customer service - go to University Volkswagen (or any other dealer) instead! After purchasing my 2018 Tiguan from Garcia Uptown VW and reporting issues within the first week, the sales manager, Ayrat, was smug and dismissive. The service manager shrugged me off and wasn't interested in fixing the problem (lazy). Interesting that of all the dealerships this one has the worst ratings by far. I can confirm their accuracy. I visited the used car lot to trade my vehicle for something with higher mpg. At first the experience went pretty well but after almost an hour they reverted to the usual "used car salesman" routine and lowballed the trade-in, offering more then $2K less than everyone else. I purchased a used car from the Garcia Automotive Group on 1/29. It was very easy to find a car with their huge inventory and I found one that I would be happy with. However, I did not know that it had parental controls, the Ford MyKey, enabled from the previous owner. I contacted Brad, with Garcia Subaru, after the sale and he was able to put me in touch with a gentleman that was able to remove the parental controls and provide me with a second key!
