I had an extremely disappointing experience with this repair shop that I feel compelled to warn others about. I initially paid over $400 for brake repairs, but the brakes failed again within 24 hours of pickup, nearly causing an accident. When I returned the vehicle, it remained in their shop for over two weeks before they completed the second repair attempt. The communication regarding pricing was also problematic. Mr. Garcia is an extremely good mechanic who is very well priced and kind. He is so lovely to work with and has been great to me and my family. I am so happy to be able to feel safe in my vehicle after he works on it, knowing he will make sure my car is safe to drive before I leave. I told the mechanic what I believed the issue was (non-ignition related) but he insisted on running a diagnostic scan, which cost $120, only to confirm what I already said. While I understand shops need to verify issues, it felt like an unnecessary expense in this case. A simple test drive/inspection would likely have been sufficient for a quote. Additionally, car was kept overnight without informing me. Otherwise, service was professional and the receptionist was fantastic.

GREAT honest shop. I’ve brought my fussy Civic Si here twice and they have a decent price but most importantly got the work done faster than any shop I could find in the triangle area. I was quoted double up the road at Browns to fix my A/C and they did it for $1k. If you need good auto work, put this shop in your contacts.
