The paralegal, *** ******* was good at what he does. He responds to calls commonly on Friday's. A little slow to get things resolved but honest and upfront.Never even dealt with a single attorney but I guess I didn't need to.
This is by far is the worst experience I've ever had with an attorney. Garces does not answer the phone, does not do what she needed to do for my lawsuit. Would not call back for days and would have an attitude like I was bothering her If she actually did answer the phone. I NOW HAVE SERIOUS INJURIES THAT ARENT GETTING TREATED BECAUSE FIRST OF ALL GARCES just flat out didn't do their job. I went to the office located in 1919 JFK Blvd North Bergen, NJ 07047. The staff is very courteous and care for their clients. They are exactly what you look for when you need an excellent lawyer. Karina ******was my lawyer and she did a great job in cutting a great deal for me and closing my case in a timely manner.
