I visit the place often the only thing I do not like is the limited play area for kids
I frequent the pool and hot tub and it is a great asset to the community. Garbett builds a quality home. Only complaint I have is the amount of high density builds they are doing in South Jordan. It is a cluttery Mess.
Great style, but i have some complaints. The flooring and cabinet companies required to go through don't do a great job. Carpet was bumpy in spots, removed it and found mud, nails, and debris. Cabinets were over priced and not installed professionally, many extra holes and scratches on the inside and underside of the products. Under delivered on the landscaping and the warranty department can be difficult to work with. I would recommend buying from someone else to get a better value.
