Okay number one. My sales man Joe barbato was a great help in helping me figure out just what car would match my needs by being a good listener
Oh it was a great experience my technicians name was Matt W very knowledgeable and polite mechanic. Car was done and back on the road in no time
My initial start to viewing the vehicle I wanted to see did not go smoothly due to a unprofessional sales manager(which was handled) . I was ready to walk away.However, the salesman Payton and Director Chris where beyond professional and easy to work with although ultimately I choose to work with Kia directly those two gentlemen deserve 5 stars on professional manners and timely responses and overall satisfaction with experience overall with them both.
