A bad experience of not getting a car I wanted turned into one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Joe cared about my needs more than the $$ I would spend on the car. Test drove two, bought the best one for my needs! He even remembered to recommend Ziebart coating for the car. I wouldn't have been as happy with the car I originally choose.
