The service department is a complete disappointment. They wanted to charge me $350 for an oil filter housing—a $12 part on a 2017 F-150 with a 2.7L EcoBoost—simply because their technicians couldn't get the oil filter off. I thought I had found a reliable new shop, but this was a major letdown. Save yourself the headache and take your truck elsewhere.
Mark is the nicest person and really helped me while I was in a tough spot. Great customer service, highly recommend him for any of your car needs
